Terms and conditions

All reservations of 3 days or more will be accompanied by a 50% down payment to confirm your reservation, this can be done on our booking page.

Which will be refunded, for cancellations on your behalf, with a notice as follows :

• 30 days prior to date of reservation 100%
• 15 days 50%
• 10 days 30%
• 7 days 10%
• under 7 days no refund

For pre-reservations  under 3 days a notice of at least 24h notice must be given for cancellations.  Otherwise it will be billed,

100% refund for daily reservation due to  a cancellation on our behalf in case of physical incapacity/illness/accident of one of the teachers.

No refunds will be given due to reasons such as safety, weather conditions, lift failure or any other reasons outside of our responsibility.
